It's Christmas Time!

I can't believe Christmas is right around the corner. I still have to do some Christmas shopping. I am too tired after work, so it looks like I will have to spend my day off driving around. I don't have much left to do, since my wonderful OH picked up some presents for me while he was out. Wasn't that sweet? That saves me a trip.

This week is going to be so busy, as I am sure it will be for all of you. I will be going to a get together with all of my OH's family on Christmas Eve, then we go to my OH's mom's on Christmas day. My family will be coming up the day after Christmas. I have to work, so my parents will stop in at the farm. I am excited that they get to see where I work, and I think they will love all of the beautiful horses.

I usually take yearly pictures with my dogs in front of the Christmas tree, wearing their Santa hats, but did not have time this year. I did happen to get the Santa hat on Bailey, and took some pictures while he was laying on the couch.

He doesn't get too excited about having to pose for the camera. He thinks that I am absolutely ridiculous for making him where a funny hat, which I will have to agree with him on this one.

But seriously, how can one resist this cute face in a Santa hat? He is just too cute for words!

Since I didn't get any pictures this year, I will share the ones I took last Christmas.

I tried so hard to get Bailey and Sadie to pose side by side, but with Sadie's "issues", it just wasn't going to happen. I think this year would have been so much better, since Sadie is doing so well. Maybe I can get my sister to get a family photo with all of us, with her new camera! What do ya think, sis?

Chance has a date with the vet for her booster shots this week. I also plan to take her blanket off, now that the weather has warmed up. I am also going to remove her halter, for good. It is time for her to be a big girl now. I think she can handle it.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!!!!

Love the picture of Bailey in his cap. He is not a happy Santa's helper! He is a sleepy Santa's helper! Hope your Christmas is happy and bright. Your littlest Christmas elf, Chance, is going to make your holidays extra special, I bet!

Aww, how cute. Your dogs are Santa's helpers, guarding the presents under the tree. I love the hats, even if they don't. heehee

I don't think you'll have any problems with Chance halterless. She sounds like she is a real love to work with. I weaned Yalla this weekend. She's doing great, only poor Annie, so full of milk!

See --- I knew you were as guilty as me of putting silly hats on your pets! And yes, they do look adorable. :)

I've been so busy and I've missed you. But I know how busy you've been with your job and the holidays, too.

But I just wanted to swing by before I got too busy with our family here to wish you a very Merry Christmas filled with love, peace and joy!
