My OH went to go get material for our new project, which will be revealed in a future post. We never stop around here! Seriously! You all know how Bailey loves to jump on the hay in the truck and trailer, I guess wood counts as hay. I have no idea what goes through this dogs head!

He would stay up there all day if we let him. But we needed to move the truck, so we chased him off to go play.

And play he did! It all started innocently enough.

Than we get the spin maneuver as they go round and round in circles.

Break already? Bailey, you just started! Sadie isn't ready to quit yet!

Sadie "What was that? I heard a noise, did you hear a noise?"

Bailey "Noise, what noise? Let's get this show on the road! There's nothing out there, silly!"

Back at it again. Bailey goes for the take down! Will he win this match?

Not for long, Sadie gets up to go for another spin maneuver! She thinks she has this all figured out!

The side by side pushing contest ensues.

Sadie gives Bailey the evil eye! (Not the "bad" evil eye!)

Sadie does a flying leap through the air to take one more shot at Bailey! She really wants to win this one!

We're done! For now!! The playing ends just like that. But no worries, it all began again in 15 minutes!

Stay tuned for our new project and a bear sighting!

I love the way the word keeper is visible just beside the dog on the trailer.
They seem to be having so much fun together it's hard to believe that there are issues sometimes!!!
I love when two dogs play like crazy. It is always so funny. Geldings - not so funny - that makes me worried the whole time! Dogs are just safer when playing.
Is that what they mean when they say "the dog days of summer"? lol
Cute post! I love your play-by-play of the action!
They are so cute!
TOO CUTE!!! I always say the only thing better than a dog is two!!
Can't wait to hear the bear story!!
Oh, and what do you think of this? I'm pretty sure Bailey's heights obsession is a compulsive issue related to the dominance of Sadie, he feels so much safer and "above" her up there, especially since she's kind of been a chicken- until recently, to venture up! :) It was his safe haven, his special place, and she couldn't get to him!
LOL, that was to funny!!! They sure are orbery Aussie's!!
Awwww! They are just precious, love them!! We haven't found a new Aussie yet, but I am thinking that getting 2 would be nice....we shall see! Thanks for posting this, I needed an Aussie fix =)
OMIGAWD my husband and I just saw an autralian puppy at a pet store! he looked big and rambunctious and even though we will not get our next dog at a pet store, he looked so cute and I wanted him sooo bad! But they look they they are strong and hearty and not much for just dozing on the couch all day! he looked just like Sadie!!! Can't wait to hear about your new project!
I love watching my dogs play!! Watching your dogs play around, I notice their hair flowing around. They have some long hair! Do you have to brush it often? Cute pictures and I can't wait to see what you guys are building. We are supposed to be getting some fence this week!!
Looks like it wouldn't make sense to just have one Australian Shepherd -- looks like you need two so they have a "crazy play" buddy...
lol! Bailey and Sadie are so entertaining...and just gorgeous, too!
A bear????
eeek!

They are so very pretty.
I love it when they hear a noise. Cute shot.
Oh, how fun! Makes me want to get another Aussie for Chey to play with! She has so much fun playing with my friends dogs! Funny that you mentioned wishing you had their energy too! I was just saying that the other day! Then I thought about it for a minute and decided I'd probably drive myself insane with it. Especially since I have a desk job! lol
